Free Demo Sessions

• All demo sessions offered by Chatura Academy are free of cost.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled demo, you may request to reschedule, subject to availability.

Program Enrollment & Payments

• Once enrollment is confirmed and payment is made, fees are non-refundable.

• This is because seats, trainers, and learning resources are reserved in advance for each student.

Cancellations

• Requests for cancellation after enrollment will not be eligible for a refund.

• Parents are encouraged to attend the demo session and clarify all doubts before enrolling.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases where a session cannot be conducted due to technical or operational issues from our side, the academy may:

  • Reschedule the session, or

  • Provide an appropriate alternative solution at management’s discretion.

Program Changes

• Chatura Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, batch timings, or training formats when necessary. Parents will be informed in advance.
